Illographo Press is an indie publisher of books and zines inspired by art, design, photography, poetry and literature. It’s a small press owned and run by Aphrodite Delaguiado, a Filipina artist and creative writer based in Hawkesbury, NSW.
Aphrodite is passionate about making meaningful art and literature accessible and sustainable. She founded Illographo Press in 2021 to support the indie zine community, connect with diverse creatives, and publish books that don’t fit the mould of commercial publishing.

Aphrodite is an experienced illustrator and graphic designer with a background in print, hence the name Illographo Press. A storyteller at heart, Aphrodite finds creative freedom in self-publishing.
On the 2nd of March 2024, Aphrodite launched Wolfbound Books, a studio, bindery & zine distro dedicated to independent small press, self-publishers and zine makers across Australia and around the world. Wolfbound Books and Illographo Press work hand in hand to provide early career artists and writers, and independent makers a sustainable alternative to mainstream publishing and distribution, and a viable trading model that values creativity and craftsmanship over commercialism.
